YO GONG retreat
You spend 7 nights and 8 days in the fascinating rainforest of the Diamante Valley in Costa Rica. The abundance, power and energy of the jungle is transferred to you. The waterfalls and rivers of Florestral, the sound of countless animals and jungle plants cleanse and clarify you.
Gong is my medicine. My gong playing just happens and flows through me. Elements, sacred geometric shapes flow in and play with each other. Together with intuitive yoga and meditation, spaces are created where self-healing and self-knowledge can happen.
Florestral Community
I have been living in Florestral since November 2023, in the middle of the wonderful jungle. We are an open-hearted community. Friendship, family, living in harmony with animals and nature are our focus. We design our everyday lives with a focus on sustainability, healing inside and outside through spiritual practices such as meditation & sound, creativity on all levels. We are in the process of creating a new way of living together, incorporating the new knowledge of togetherness, peace, respect and unconditional love.
Located in the southwest of Costa Rica, in the middle of incredibly beautiful nature between the Pacific Ocean and the mountains of Chirripo. 30 minutes from the coast.
