YO-GONG Retreat
You will spend 7 nights and 8 days in the fascinating rainforest of the Diamante Valley in Costa Rica. The abundance, power, and energy of the primeval forest will envelop you. The waterfalls and rivers of Florestral, the sounds of countless animals and rainforest plants will cleanse and purify you.
Gong is my medicine. My gong playing happens simply and flows through me. Elements, sacred geometric forms flow in and interact. Together with intuitive yoga and meditation, spaces are created where self-healing and self-discovery can occur.
Florestral Community
I've been living in Florestral, in the heart of the wonderful jungle, since November 2023. We are an open-hearted community. Friendship, family, and living in harmony with animals and nature are central to us. We shape our daily lives with a focus on sustainability, inner and outer healing through spiritual practices like meditation and sound, and creativity on all levels. We are in the process of creating a new way of living together, incorporating the new understanding of community, peace, respect, and unconditional love.
Located in southwestern Costa Rica, amidst incredibly beautiful nature between the Pacific Ocean and the Chirripó Mountains. 30 minutes from the coast.
