Conditions for yoga and meditation courses/coachings

• Yoga subscriptions expire after their expiration date.
• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
• ​Payment for the courses is made in cash or by payment slip.
• No claim can be made for a refund of course fees. Course cards that have been paid for but not used or only partially used expire after their validity period.
• Prices and timetables are subject to change at any time.
• Insurance is the sole responsibility of the course participants; Yogaklang declines any liability.
• In the event of pregnancy, accident or serious illness, current course cards can be interrupted for the duration of the absence. This must be communicated verbally or in writing. In the event of illness or accident, a medical certificate must be submitted.
• Agreed appointments for private lessons/individual settings are binding. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the full amount is due. Registrations for workshops are binding. If you cannot find a replacement for yourself, the following applies: The course costs for the workshop will only be reimbursed in the event of a serious illness or accident and only upon presentation of a medical certificate up to 3 days before the start of the workshop.
