I'm currently in Costa Rica recording this podcast after 11 days of silence in the jungle. If I had only listened to my reason, I wouldn't be here. It was my heart and intuition that led me here, while my will wanted something else.
Following my heart gave me the courage to take the step into the unknown. When we follow the heart energy, the frequency changes and joy, love and connection take over. We decide where our lives go and feel connected to everything.
This is how we attract positive people and events. A key to this process is silence.
