And today is a special day.
I've been awake since 5 a.m. and am being challenged by very special energies.
So, basically – do it now. Step into this next field. No more excuses.
This never ends...

I'm back in the jungle, back in my home in Costa Rica.
This comes after wonderful and, indeed, 'intense' times :-)
in Switzerland and Germany.
I was on tour doing everything that brings me joy: playing gongs, leading yoga retreats, sharing meditation and philosophy, sound journeys, and a workshop at the wonderful Ztanz am Fluss Festival. And for two weeks, we shared the magic of the Great Sound Rotation Switzerland with our sound-loving friends in Germany.
What was, so to speak, suggested to me as a flash of inspiration four years ago, has now come to fruition.
Back then, the slogan was 'Bring sound rotation to Berlin'.
'She has the power to change and support the energies and transformation of the Earth beneath Berlin.' 'Phew, okay,' I thought at the time. I'll try and give it my all.
In short: We have now travelled to Germany twice as a sound rotation group, and this time the German gong and sound enthusiasts were also ready to learn and continue playing and rotating the sounds as we do in Switzerland.
The Great Sound Rotation and the power of sacred, cosmic geometric forms, conveyed through gongs and singing bowls, lives on in Germany.
Tears came to my eyes. Tears of emotion, of gratitude. Of the fact that we can simply surrender ourselves completely to these voices of the heart. Even though the journey to Berlin and to this moment was incredibly challenging.
This 'flash of inspiration/download/soul call…call it what you will…' comes from the same source as 'Go to Costa Rica'…which I never wanted to go to before…you know the story ☺
I live an absolutely fulfilling life.
I wouldn't always have described it that way.
I often have ideas and wishes, and somehow they come true. Not always when I want them to, though. And no, not always in the way or place I imagined...
Some things took years. For example, my life in a warm climate, where my body no longer experiences cold stress, the desire to live outdoors almost 24 hours a day, in harmony with nature. Without thermal clothing, sturdy shoes, and always surrounded by four walls. For example, spending my life with music and other people who, while wonderfully different, share one great commonality: they are aware of their fears and perceived limitations and are ready to take the leap – into the unknown. Into the vast unknown. Knowing that our heart is the compass and will never lead us astray. We simply need to recognize this cosmic game and take the necessary steps.
SILENCE & MEDITATION IS THE MOST POWERFUL INSTRUMENT THERE IS.
WE DETECT THE FEAR FREQUENCY! ONCE DETECTED, IT DISSOLVES.
And nothing and no one has power over you anymore. The process, however, begins within you, within us.
We hear these heartbeats when we are ready for silence. Absolute silence.
This also means being ready for all the voices within us. These waves are sometimes easy to surf, sometimes not at all.
And as already mentioned, it never ends….
This morning I sat down to meditate and said aloud to whoever it was, to life itself: OKAY, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. I will be leading the ceremony on August 8th at the fire temple here in Florestral. It's quite a "wow" moment for me. Respect, anticipation, devotion, and a slight trembling before the grand scheme of things.
Now, today, the life energy, this wonderful entity, challenges me.
And it is precisely the energy of August 8th. The power of the opened lion's portal.
I have already resolved many fears, anger, and grief frequencies.
But not all of them yet. It seems. I'm being called upon to step into my next shoes, to experience and live in the next spaces. This means leading the great ceremonies here in this part of the world, not just 'participating'. Not just singing along, but also leading and going forward. What I do and live within my current familiar framework (i.e., being on tour and standing in front of classes, etc.) is facing new challenges.
That is clearly the message that even took my voice away a few weeks ago (I gave it up, that sums it up better).
My feeling that I am not between countries or continents, but between worlds and levels, is now becoming concrete.
What I have 100% resolved and transformed is
DOUBT.
I have absolutely no doubt that everything, absolutely everything, is based on love.
Our entire being, everything that exists. The Earth, the galaxies. And not just based on, but simply
LOVE, LIGHT, AND JOY IS.
And this gives me the immeasurable strength to accept any challenge.
Previously, these challenges were heavily influenced by abuse and violence within the family and community.
Everything is to help me recognize, remember, and live my sensitivity and intuitive being in this life.
I perceive energy fields and spaces change. I play the gong and the power of the elements flows through me.
I'm sharing this with you because I feel very connected to you. I simply want to encourage you to take your steps and stop believing the ifs and buts.
