And today is a special day.
I've been awake since 5 a.m. and am being challenged by very special energies.
So basically – do it now. Step into this next field. No more excuses.

I'm back in the jungle, back at my home in Costa Rica.
This after wonderful and precisely: 'intensive' times:-)
in Switzerland and Germany.
I was on tour doing everything that brings me joy: playing the gong, yoga retreats, sharing meditation and philosophy, sound journeys, and workshops at the beautiful Ztanz am Fluss Festival. And for two weeks, we shared the magic of the Great Sound Rotation Switzerland with our sound friends in Germany.
What was given to me as a flash of inspiration four years ago has now reached its completion.
Back then it was called 'Bring the sound rotation to Berlin.
It has the power to change and support the energies and changes of the earth beneath Berlin.' 'Ugh, okay,' I thought at the time. I'll try and give it my all.
In short: We have now traveled to Germany twice as a sound rotation group, and this time the German gong and sound friends were also willing to learn and continue playing and rotating the sounds as we do in Switzerland.
The Great Sound Rotation and the power of sacred, cosmic geometric forms transported through the gongs and singing bowls lives on in Germany.
Tears came to my eyes. Out of emotion, out of gratitude. Out of gratitude that we can simply surrender ourselves with complete trust to these heartfelt voices. Even though this journey to Berlin and to this moment has been so challenging.
This 'brainwave/ download/ soul call... let's call it what we like... comes from the same source as 'Go to Costa Rica'... where I never wanted to go until now... you know the story ☺
I live an absolutely fulfilling life.
I wouldn't have always described it that way.
I always have ideas and wishes, and somehow they come true. Not always when I want them to, though. And no, not always in the way and place I imagined...
Some things took years. For example, my life in the warmth, where my body is no longer stressed by the cold, the desire to live outside and with nature practically 24 hours a day. Without thermal clothing, sturdy shoes, and always some four walls around me. For example, spending my life with music and other people who, while wonderfully different, have one great thing in common: they know their fears and perceived limits and are ready to jump – into the unknown. Into the very, very unknown. Knowing that our heart is our compass and will never lead us astray. We just have to recognize this cosmic game and take the steps.
SILENCE & MEDITATION IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL THERE IS.
WE RECOGNIZE THE FEAR FREQUENCY! ONCE RECOGNIZED, IT DISSOLVES.
AND NOTHING AND NO ONE HAS MORE POWER OVER YOU. THE PROCESS, HOWEVER, BEGINS WITHIN YOU, WITHIN US.
We hear these heart rates when we are ready for silence. Absolute silence.
It also means being ready for all the voices within our being. These waves are sometimes easy to surf, sometimes not at all.
And as mentioned, it never stops….
This morning I sat down to meditate and said out loud to whoever, to life☺: OK, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. I will be 'leading' the ceremony on August 8th at the Fire Temple here in Florestral. It's quite a wow for me. Respect, anticipation, devotion, and a slight trembling before the greater whole.
Now, today, the life energy, this wonderful being, challenges me.
And it's precisely the energy of the 8th of August. The power of the opened Lion's Gate.
I have already resolved many fears, anger and grief frequencies.
But not all of them yet. As it seems. I'm being called upon to follow in my next footsteps, to experience and live the next spaces. That means leading the great ceremonies here on this part of the world, not just 'participating.' Not just singing along, but also leading and taking the lead. What I do and live within my previously familiar framework (on tour, standing in front of classes, etc.) is taking on new challenges.
This is clearly the message that even took my voice away a few weeks ago (I gave it away, it hits the point better).
My feeling that I am not between countries or continents, but between worlds and levels, now becomes concrete.
What I have 100% resolved and transformed is
THE DOUBT.
I doubt absolutely nothing that everything, absolutely everything, is based on love.
Our entire being, everything that is. The Earth, the galaxies. And not just based, but simply
LOVE LIGHT AND JOY IS.
And this gives me the immense strength to accept every challenge.
In the past, these challenges were largely characterized by abuse and violence in the family and in the environment.
Everything to recognize, remember, and live my sensitivity and intuitive being in this life.
I perceive energy fields and spaces change. I play the gong, and the power of the elements flows through me.
I'm sharing this with you because I feel a strong connection to you. I simply want to encourage you to take your own steps and stop giving credence to the ifs and buts.
