Miracles don't just happen, and yet it is true

The star house in the jungle is now truly finished. Sacred geometry is working.

The gongs and crystal bowls in the healing room sound beautiful. The acoustics are perfect. The vibrations expand and simultaneously envelop and fill the body and heart, down to every cell.
 
I'm still sitting here in the dark. It's 4:30 in the morning. The jungle is awakening. The monkeys greet me with their roars. The cicadas with their wave-like, bright, sometimes sharp chirping.
 
I play the gongs and let the sounds resonate into the wide valley before me. The forest still lies shrouded in damp mist, surrounding Casa Estrella. It embraces and protects me and all who live within.
Every day, every minute, I am filled with profound gratitude for life and all the love that surrounds and permeates me. In its most wonderful diversity. A leaf waves to me and suddenly takes the shape of a heart. 
A branch touches me. It is the caress of the forest, of Pachamama, Mother Earth, who through it tells me, "I love you and I thank you for being here with your energy and strength." I thank you for singing for me, for playing the singing bowl even before the first spade turned the earth here. I thank you for making a fire, inviting your friends, and asking for my blessing and protection to bring Casa Estrella into being. I thank you for listening to your soul's calling, for having the courage to follow it, and for finally being here. Welcome. You are blessed.
 
Wow. I'm just going to leave this as it is. Do you know what just happened? The energy, the spirit of Mother Earth, has pressed the keys here. I'm so moved I'm in tears. I feel this way constantly since I've been living in Costa Rica and in this community in Florestal. 
I experience unity, connection, and being guided by life energy as an entity. And yes, this has many names. Being connected to the greater whole, the All-One, to God. I'll simply say here that I am connected to my heart and fully aligned with my soul's plan. And that has power, there's no word for it. It needs grounding. I'm telling you. A connection to the Earth. Because the magical jet stream of life has a power for which we may yet invent the words, the sounds, to express it. Or sing songs.
 
That's why our practice is so important. Every day. Mindfulness is something women can practice, and men can too. It's a process. It begins with conscious breathing and observation, and with absolute gratitude for everything, truly everything, that you encounter and that happens to you.

Just say OK!!!

And then stop asking yourself, "Why did this happen to me again?" Everyone else has it so much easier, or more of it, or whatever…
Ask yourself: Okay, I don't like this right now. Okay, my body hurts. Okay, my heart hurts. What's the gift behind it? What am I meant to recognize?

And believe me (or not ☺), this is the key to the great energy shift. It is precisely this. The frequencies are changing. Because our thoughts and feelings are pure energy and are encoded. This is how you move from the victim frequency to primal power. This is pure, unadulterated light and love frequency.
We can change this! We humans are incredibly powerful. Our belief, our mind, can move mountains and so much more.
We MUST change this if we want to find our inner peace again. If we want to get on track with our soul's plan. If we want to live peace and abundance on Earth and achieve it beyond.
And it is ALWAYS our decision. It is always your decision.
And this OK! IS MAGIC. Because everything is magnetic and attracts itself. Expands.
Magic is a mindset. The mindset of abundance. The mindset of love on all levels.

Magic is a frequency level. You, we all can log in there.

Recognize and surrender to the head, the thinking mind, the ego….

Everything is wonderfully magical. Yes. And at the same time, it's super natural and totally down-to-earth. As simple and unspectacular as eating spaghetti, gluten-free, hehe, says the Italian in me.

It's the equinox for me now. The beginning of spring.
