How did you experience them...?
I usually go to bed very early. As soon as it gets dark here in Costa Rica, around six o'clock all year round, my body switches to 'I'm tired and want to sleep' mode. As a result, I'm awake and rested again by five o'clock in the morning.
Yesterday was different.
I woke up suddenly last night. It called me outside, under the open sky. A sparkling canopy of stars with thousands of lights. Intuitively, I raised my arms, looked up, and turned in a circle.
'Wow' was my expression, and the feeling of 'receiving'. I can't put into words what I received. Vast. Beautiful. Nourishing. Fulfilling to my very core. Sparkling light. Reminding. Knowing. A feeling of 'home' and immeasurable gratitude and devotion. I feel embraced.
This isn't Advent or the Twelve Days of Christmas, which I celebrated and loved so much in Switzerland.
What I'm experiencing here in the Costa Rican jungle is a beautiful connection with the rhythm of nature. An intense perception of the animals, the plants, the phases of the moon, the cycles of the seasons.

And here on this side of the oceans, another year is slowly closing its doors to open into the new. I'm taking stock of what I'm grateful for, and you know, I'm simply constantly amazed by what life has in store for me. And there's so much! ☺)))
Because I, my cells, my heart are all open to receiving. Always ready to jump on the energy wave of life, to flow with it. And yes, also to let go of what no longer resonates, what no longer feels right. These days, letting go comes pretty quickly. I've had a lot of practice with it. ☺)))
I've had and continue to experience so much support, input, guidance, friendship, and love on this path. The path of the heart, vibrant, intense. Unpredictable for the mind. Never!
Letting go also means that I can't just pop in to visit my daughter Gianna whenever I feel like it. That I couldn't hold her in my arms on December 12th. Her 30th birthday, which means so much to her. Ever since she was a child, she's said that something special will happen when she turns 30. Admittedly, I was already quite emotional a few days beforehand.
I returned from Iguazu Falls in Brazil on her birthday and knew that on this 'Heaven on Earth Day' of my daughter, I would pamper myself. I live this feeling of abundance every day, without exaggeration. Just that experience and the encounter with the spirit, the essence of the water at Iguazu.
Indescribable.

And yet, my friend and I, who was traveling with me, thought we'd celebrate this very special birthday somehow. Every time we had internet access, we improvised a song for her, recorded a picture of a special flower, goofed around…and we didn't really know where we'd end up for that special night. And you know what – it was a tower room, surrounded by windows with a view of the starry sky and the biggest waterfall in Paraguay. It was 'just by chance' available, exactly for us & Gianna☺ It found us.
And the best part was that I spoke to Gianna shortly afterward via video call. From sofa to sofa. Afterward, she texted me: 'It gave me energy just now to talk to you. Thank you.'
The greatest gift ever for me.
Do you understand what I mean? The universe is absolutely logical. No woo-woo (and even if it were…it isn't, haha…).
And the best part was that I spoke to Gianna shortly afterward via video call. From sofa to sofa. Afterward, she texted me: 'It gave me energy just now to talk to you. Thank you.'

When we focus on abundance and love, when we fully acknowledge that we are the creators of our lives and everyday situations, then….
There are no more wars.
Neither inside nor outside. Reality!
Release your victim thoughts and feelings into peace.
Love them. Love everything about yourself. Especially your resistances and fears.
First, you must recognize them. That's the necessary part.
And if we want to navigate safely through this current global chaos, then it's time NOW to acknowledge this and act according to your soul's plan. Authentically and in your natural rhythm. That's what you're here for. To live in abundance. To let life pamper you. You haven't 'earned' it, you don't have to achieve anything, it's your true nature.
Love them. Love everything about yourself. Especially your resistances and fears.

Exactly: With all the ups and downs that are part of everyday life here on Earth.
We are also human beings, with these experiences.
The big difference when walking through the world and life while fully awake, the pull of the depths, the drama loses its power, or rather, you can transform everything into strength and radiant energy. It FEELS incredibly different! You know what I mean ☺
The universe is resonance.
Once we recognize that – VOILÀ.
The darkness and the poison circle are history.
I live happiness, abundance, magic.
