I came back for 2.5 months to see my daughter Gianna again and many of my dear friends: inside. And of course to 'work'; To give retreats to teach meditation and philosophy for people who want to become yoga teachers: inside to pass on the magic of sound and go on a gong tour.

You love I tell you, it was pretty violent when I arrive here in Switzerland. It actually started shortly before departure in Costa Rica. My body felt under power. Painful. Inner unrest, which then increasingly increased. Vomit. No sleep. After landing, I was so quasi 'fell out of time' for three days and was then spit out again.
And you know, I always say ok! Even if I knee in front of the toilet bowl. I give zero energy more in resistant thoughts. I no longer recognize the energy & logge. I recognized this during my previous life stripitting
that that does not mean that I find it all cool and also not that I understand everything.
Everything always has a lot of interpretation options. Any situation can be viewed from a wide variety of perspectives. And yes, we are here to recognize and dissolve our old patterns, habits, thoughts. They often do that by just starting you to see them and nothing more!
That can swirl. Apparently knocking over. Dizzle the top down, in all directions and vice versa. I know all of this super well. And has happened to me now. Violent.
The special thing about this time: during hours, especially at night, situations, feelings, thoughts from my life so far were strung together every second. In seemingly wild mess. I saw my job in staying as calm as possible….
My mantra was and is still:
I am light.
I am love.
I am pure joy.
Why am I here.
On tour. In the world ever. Oh. Just so essential.
Yes exactly, all of this will be a lot of essence now. These days, weeks, months, are increasingly clear and unmistakable, which we are here for.
You, me, we are asked to get into our strength.
No more excuses.
To live what our heart pleases. Fully.
100 percent.

This cannot be achieved
with the thinking, still ego toll And always always it is our decision. It is free to stay in the old or to give an OK and yes to the new, still unknown.
