My answer was: Nothing. I felt emptiness. And was surprised myself.
I've been in Switzerland for a short time - from the beginning of April to mid-June, back from Costa Rica.
And just go back after four days of playing sound rotation. Even before diving into this intense sound universe, I would have answered differently.
My body challenged me. The cold and especially the dry climate made him feel pain. Nosebleeds. And at the same time I simply observed it and clearly felt that I had 'outgrown' the vibration of Switzerland.
Determination. Absolutely worthless.
A few years before my trip to Costa Rica, I suspected that life, my soul, would like to take me somewhere else. I just didn't know where to go yet. Many physical and mental processes still needed to be experienced beforehand. For example, I should still live in my old Stöckli, expose myself to a wide variety of radiation and encounters and be exposed to light. I'll just call it that now.
And I had a huge inner and outer sigh of relief when I didn't have to go there anymore a few days ago.
I have taken the step. The change into the new world and vibration has been completed. And from there it just goes on. In a miraculous and magical way. Very busy☺ In ease.
I recognize my size and strength. I recognize my work. By simply being me.
People experience ahas, lightness and peace when they are around me. And gong is my medicine.
YO-GONG was created.

Everything is cosmically staged. Some call this 'divine play'. For me it doesn't matter what 'it' is called. This power that penetrates everything with light. If we can see and perceive it so clearly. It is the power & energy & vibration of life itself.
Maybe you still see certain situations in your life as super difficult, dramatic, dark. Or you resonate deeply with the warlike events outside.
Absolutely nothing is separate from each other. What you experience inside is reflected outside. This is a cosmic law.
Exactly, they exist ☺ and they are
irrefutable,
incorruptible,
impartial
100% and not 99.9%
We can always turn ourselves upside down or defend ourselves against it with our will.
Everything is vibration and frequency. When you resonate with the 'horrible' out there, in your neighborhood wherever, and fall into suffering or condemnation, listen within. What else is rebelling in you? What is still condemning yourself?
And... that has absolutely nothing to do with guilt and punishment.
You didn't do anything wrong.
You are not inadequate
This is an ego story based on power and powerlessness.
Old energy!
Just throw that off.
You are, in essence, simply love.
…Yes but…!!!!
When exactly this yes but... appears, right now... Feel.
But this yes has a frequency. Hear them. Feel them. And change happens on its own. We constantly ignore this in our everyday lives. This is the stress and true guilt trap!!!!
Recognize it and you will walk past it laughing and feeling free.
Just live what brings you joy. Every day. Every moment. Then you are in the frequency of MAGIC. Just like that. Effortless.
